These tricks improving vision and strengthen eyes



The worsening vision comes with age. Apart from nature and genetics, the appearance diopter affect everyday habits that get tired eyes and eventually spoil the vision. To preserve or repair vision, there are exercises with which you can significantly relax the eyes and prevent unwanted occurrence:

The eyes should rest on the computer and TV for about 3 hours a day, especially if you notice that your vision is blurry and have eye pain.

When you feel fatigue in the eyes, close them and your fingers gently massage the eyelid and parts around the eyes.

When you feel tired of the computer, go to the window and look in the distance for a few minutes.

When you feel fatigue and tension of a long day, before going to sleep at the closed eyes put lukewarm compresses of hot water or chamomile tea.

Whenever you can, do the following exercises for eyes that have been shown improving vision and rest and strengthen the eye muscles.

Make a short test of vision that reveals whether you need a glasses. Slowly follow the direction of arrows on the pictures, one by one form. Repeat the exercise three to five times.
